U.S. Shipping

All items ordered will ship within 10 business days. We primarily dispatch goods via USPS. Once your Bathe Brand items are on the way, you will receive an email notification that includes tracking information.

UK / EU / Canada

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We will happily replace any damaged items that are reported to us within 48 hours of order delivery.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If issues occur with your order (not received, damaged, etc.), please contact us immediately so that we can accommodate your needs. Customer satisfaction is our priority and we will always try our hardest to resolve any issues that arise.
